You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BPExch Live staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.
All activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. BPExch Live is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your login details secure.
Do not allow family members, friends, or any other person to use your account. Account sharing violates these terms and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
Deposits to your BPExch Live account must be made using one of the supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, or mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR.
A minimum deposit amount applies per payment method, as displayed in the Deposit section of your account. BPExch Live does not charge a fee on deposits. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes, while Bank Transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. BPExch Live does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended pending investigation.
BPExch Live reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear to be made in connection with fraudulent activity, charge-back risk, or any other conduct that breaches these terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This same-method policy is a standard security measure and cannot be waived without contacting support and completing any required verification steps.
Withdrawal processing begins after your request passes the internal review process. Typical timeframes from request approval to funds reaching your account are as follows:
BPExch Live does not charge a withdrawal fee. The full PKR amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside BPExch Live's control.
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount per transaction as shown in your account's Withdrawal section. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification may be required. Requests submitted without completing verification will remain pending until documents are provided and reviewed.
